Hard to tell for right now
I have been taken this pill for the symptoms of easy tiring, feeling weak and lack of energy. I believe in Chinese herb medicine, but I also know it will take a while to get the result. Right now I am on the second bottle and I hope I can feel a full improvement after one or two month.

After too much sauna, a great restorative
Over the winter, I was taking dry saunas once a week. At first they were great, but over time, I would get nauseated and light headed while sitting in the sauna. And even though the sauna warmed me up, I seemed to be developing cold hands and arms during the night. My skin felt very cold to the touch. My TCM doctor warned me that sweating a lot during winter is not good (at least not for me), and he put me on Tonics 8. Within a few days I felt much better. No more chilled limbs, no more nausea, less light headedness. Also, I feel less chilly overall.

Energy all day
I am very pleased with the energy I have taking these pills . I started with 5pills 3 times a day and the energy I get takes me through all day long . I had so much energy I cut back to 5 two times a day because I couldn't sleep when it came to bedtime. I love being able to do everything I need to do and tonics8 gives me just what I want !!

Alleviates bloating
I've been taking this formula as the bottle's instructions suggest (5 tablets, 3x daily) for approximately 4-months now. My herbalist suggested this formula for long-standing blood deficiency. The most noticeable improvement so far is my abdominal bloating has resolved. Clothing fits much better.

All around improvement
