This one didn't work for me, unfortunately
I love TCM herbs and their ability to heal in general. I have had digestion issues that I have been working on with my acupuncturist, and that has been going well. As this person is not a TCM doctor, they haven't been able to prescribe much, so I went looking for the correct herbs to help with my issues. This one really seemed to fit what I needed, and what my symptoms were, but it ended up giving me very loose stools, which tells me it made my body too damp. I do have damp issues, so perhaps this exacerbated the issue? Anyway, I took about half a bottle, but had to abort the mission once I figured out the issue. I am still on the hunt for a good digestive health and help.

It is working for me
I was fed up using western meds which did not work. I did research and this product has helped tremendously with the bloating and pain. It takes a little bit of time, but persevere and it will work. Worth the money and I am happy to be off chemical meds

Great product
I use this product semi-regularly. When digestion begins to suffer, I take 6-7 pills and feel immediate effect half hour later. Takes care of after-meal cramping and that rush to find a bathroom. Warms the digestion and eases stomach bloating associated with food consumption. Also stimulates appetite, which can be good or bad. Overall effective product

I think it did the trick.
I bought several kinds of herbs that claim to address bloating. I had bloating after eating lunch almost daily. After taking these twice to three times a day, I stopped having those symptoms. So I think it works!

Not for me unfortunately:-(
First of all, Activeherb service and prices are great.
I purchased this as I believe I have all the symptoms and have been diagnosed with spleen/stomach Qi deficiency, but this product did not make me feel any improvement in abdomen distention or digestion/gas. It did not make me any worse either.
I brought five bottles and took double dosage from the start, so that's 36 pills a day.
This obviously works for others so I don't want to say it is not good, it's just not for me

Works Well
This product was recommended by my acupuncturist. When I ran out of the bottle I bought from her, I was delighted to find out, that I could purchase it directly, from the company. When I have stomach problems, I take this for a few days, and it does the trick.
