What does it do?

参苓白术丸的另一个主要作用是去除脾胃的湿邪。这个作用的重要性在于，当脾的运化能力虚弱时，饮食不化，滞留成湿，引起胸脘痞闷，肠胃道泄泻，所以说脾最怕的邪气是湿邪。因此，参苓白术丸方中配伍了其它中药。包括：山药、莲子助人参以健脾益气，兼能止泻；白扁豆、薏苡仁助白术、茯苓以健脾渗湿；砂仁醒脾和胃，行气化滞；桔梗宣肺利气，以通调水道，又载药上行，以益肺气。
参苓白术片还可用于瘦身。在中医看来，肥胖大都因为多痰多湿，而痰湿常常是因为脾虚。参苓白术片最适合虚胖型，体胖臃肿，一动就气喘，倦怠乏力，腹胀，肢肿，多见于中、老年和妇女。

Good for symptoms of thyroid imbalance
I have had bouts over the years of symptoms that mimic hypothyroidism; though my blood test ALWAYS show normal I still suffer almost all the side effects - cold extremities, fatigue, unexplained weight gain, constipation, puffy/bloated body, dry skin. After taking 6 pills of DigestVive 2x a day, after a week I noticed my hands and feet didn't feel cold all the time. By the end of the 2 week I found I was sleeping better and my fatigue reduced. I recommend this formula in conjunction with a healthy diet (my herbalist suggested only cooked or steamed foods for a while to help keep out "damp") and exercise. Always follow your practitioner's advice first!

Great product!
I have been having digestive problems for many years. I’ve tried probiotics and other over the counter medications but barely got any better. I had to take probiotics continuously in order to get a better feeling. If I stop, I feel discomfort immediately. I didn’t know what I should do until I came across this DigestVive on ActiveHerb and decided to give it a try. One month after taking it, I can feel the difference. Three months later, I stopped taking it and never have any discomfort feeling about my digestive system. Great product! Definitely worth the money!

It seems to work
After reading a review of this medication at your site, I figured that I would try it, out of desperation. Due to my hypothyroidism I have gained over 25 pounds, even with exercising, medication and moderation with my diet. So far I have lost 1.5 lbs after one month, a small victory! I will continue with this medication with my fingers crossed for long term weight loss.

Spleen strengthener
Strengthens the spleen. If you are struggling with poor digestion and edema especially around the midsection, this may help. I’ve noticed much digestive improvement after taking these. Water weight reduction too

It works!
It works, plain and simple. Results are more thorough when you incorporate Qi Gong for the specific organ. Interesting to note that all things have a vibration. This herbal combination vibrates on the same frequency as the stomach system to balance its energies. Good Luck and Peace!

Product has the promised effect
The product keeps its promises. However, what is important is that you have your precise diagnosis by a TCM practitioner.
Would I recommend this product a friend? Only if he has the same condition. Chinese herbs can have side effects if you don't know what you are doing.

Helped me a lot!
I was really suffering from digestive issues and this formula helped. After two bottles taking 8 twice a day, I don't need to take them anymore. I will reorder to keep on hand, however. I am satisfied with this product and recommend it for digestive issues with loose stools, chills and general weakness.
