LiverSoothe, where have you been all my life?!
This is my go-to herb for my liver Qi stagnation-related issues. According to my acupuncturist I have “Liver attacking Spleen” pattern, for which this formula works wonders! With these tablets I don’t feel stressed... and combined with SpiritCalm, I have no troubles! Now I understand why people take mood enhancing pharmaceuticals! Don’t worry, be happy with LiverSoothe! ;-)
As an aside, this formula seems to work better for me than EaseTonic for liver Qi stagnation and PMS. For acute liver heat, I use Liver Fire Clear, though.
Thank you ActiveHerb for your wonderful products!!! They’ve been miraculous for me and exactly what I was looking for when I came back from a trip to China in the fall and tried to recreate a custom formula I had gotten there.

Rapid and Significant Results
I waited until I had taken LiverSoothe for one month before writing this review. Prior to taken LiverSmoothe I was taking various over the counter antacids several times a day and even awoke at night due to discomfort to take an antacid. I have not taken any in two weeks now and do not wake up with acid indigestion. I take LiverSmoothe three times day. I am about to order more and plan on continuing for 2 to 3 more months and then start to decrease. Excellent product, like all I have ordered from ActiveHerb

Works great
I started taking Live Soothe when a blood test showed I had elevated liver numbers. A recent blood test showed the numbers had improved.
I have noticed that they strange dreams that I had for long time went away.
I take 4 tablets 2 times a day.

Works for me
I have been getting acupuncture for a while now for yin defiency and liver and spleen issues. This formula really smooths my energy out and gets rid of edgy frustrating emotions related to liver. My body is very sensitive and I need only take 1 or 2 for changes to manifest.
