Life saver!
After 2 decades of hormonal issues and more recently GI issues, I gave up on western medicine and put my faith in TCM. I've done my homework and figured out the root of my hormonal issues symptoms of which include horrible PMS, sometimes PMDD and ovulation cysts that have hospitalized me from rupturing.
WarmMenses along with other herbs at various stages of my cycle, are proving to be a key component in balancing my hormones after all these years. Whole foods diet and exercise are the other two pieces.

No Pain, less blood, clean start/finish of period!
I've been taking Nuan Gong Yun Zi Pian and Gui Zhi Fu LIng Pian to help with my hormonal issues specifically menstruation, fibroids, and circulations. They at least made overall symptoms better but occasionally I started having the PMS pain and a few days of dripping beginning/ending of each period resulting in longer bleeding days. Also my fibroids did not change in sizes over three years, which are positive, but I was hoping some shrinking. I just finished my first bottle of Wen Jing Pian, and I am happy to report that my latest period had a clean start and ending without almost no PMS - I was actually off-guarded when it started because I always expected a pain as a sign!. Blood flow this time was much less, I just ordered another bottle and see how it goes with next cycle. So far, so good. I am thrilled.

Very Effective for PreMenopausal/Estrogenic issues
So grateful to find WarmMenses to replace the BioIdentical Hormone/Progesterone I was taking for 5yrs. In my late 40s now, I've struggled w/ menstrual irregularity for decades, and thought the Bio-Id Progesterone was something I'd have to take indefinitely - I learned through research that you should stop after 5yrs, but no western MD advised me to do so. They said stay on it forever if I like! What? With all the expensive & extensive blood work that is needed, & the rising cost of the RX, I didn't want that future. WarmMenses has been so effective for me transitioning from the BioIdenticals. My acupuncturist ok'd my use, and my monthlies are regular (naturally it varies by a week or so, but at least it's consistent, month to month). I take 7 tablets 2-3xs a day, and happy to recommend to family/friends.

Less clammy cold extremities & smoother skin
While this product supports proper menstrual cycle, which is also a reason that my 17 year old is using, it also improve blood properties. My daughter has has very cold extremities (toes and fingers) for some time. She also tends to have dry skin on her back. Both these issues have improved by at least 50% with 2 bottles of warm menses. We hope to continue seeing improvement with all areas. She takes 6 tablets 3x per day.

Good formula
Taken this formula made by different companies and activeherb’s pills work well. Have to take almost double the recommended for noticeable affect, but ymmv. To be fair, I need to take a high dose from almost every brand. Helps warm the digestion and builds yin and blood. My periods are heavier (in a good way) after taking this. Overall good product

Cheap and Convenient Chinese Herbs Medicine
I bought 4 bottles together because my menses period got much more serious recently. I had my Chinese medicine practitioner friend diagnosed my condition and suggested me this formula. I went online to look for the traditional Chinese medicine and the price was quite unaffordable to me. Later, I came across this website and decided to give this a try. After taking the first bottle, 3 times a day continuously, my menses pain was much better. Just finished the 2nd bottle, waiting to see the results in few months. Planning to top up my stock soon.
The only negative thing about the product is that there were ~2tablets shattered into small pieces in each bottle that makes the number of the tablets difficult to count and it requires a knife to open the seal. Every thing else is just fine.

A Godsend!
This product has been an absolute Godsend! My Acupuncturist recommended it to me and it not only has improved my cycles (I'm generally a cold person), it's also improved my blood properties. I take 8 pills 2x a day and then when I'm 3-5 days before my cycle, I increase to 10 pills, 2x a day! They're small, easy to take and I am so thankful for them!

Excellent and effective. Warming yet gentle.
I take Wen Jing Pian about a week before the beginning of menstruation and throughout, and it has helped a lot with discomfort and pain. I also tend to have cold hands and feet and I find that this product is warming and pleasant. I find this product very gentle on the system while being effective.
