Easy to use
I love having this on hand for chai. I decocts more readily than fresh, as fresh ginger seems to require masceration. Oddly, in Ayurveda dry ginger has a notable distinction from fresh in that's its effect is more hot. Anyhow, dried ginger is not suitable for 'figging'

Great quality
The dried ginger is in good quality without dark spots and the color is light bright yellow which means it's very fresh. After I boil and drink it, I can tell it's working as it should.
