Use it to make herbal tea
A friend recommended I use this herb to make tea (or sweet soup with egg, a rather common Chinese dessert) for the tightness in my leg due to injury. I was afraid the tea would be bitter, but it turns out to be quite easy to drink, and it appears to be helping.
This was my first time buying bulk herbs from ActiveHerb, and I'm quite pleased as the packaging was neat and clean.

I bought this to take with tian wang bu xin wan as I was recovering from an illness. My kidney energy was weak but is has significantly improved. I am very pleased with all of ActiveHerb’s products thank you.
