What does it do?
From time to time, Do you feel burnout from work and daily life? Are you under stress? Do you have a
good sleep? Do you have a weak back?
EleuthopowerTM is an all natural Chinese herbal formula that may help us adapt to stress and
increase energy. It contains Eleuthero and Ginseng as two main ingredients along with other tonic Chinese herbs.
Eleuthero, originally grown in Siberia, has similar properties to Ginseng in traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) in promoting Qi energy,
is often referred as Siberian Ginseng, a term currently outlawed in USA as the term "ginseng" is reserved only for true Ginseng -
the Panax species.
Eleuthero root is recognized in TCM to have several functions.
First, it tonifies the Spleen and Lung Qi energy to help recover from burnout and improve physical performance;
Second, Eleuthero nourishes the Kidney and Jing essence to promote back and bone function;
Third, it calms the Shen (Spirit) to soothe the mind and improve sleep and focus.
Eleuthero is also known as an adaptogen that helps the body adapt to stress. Many studies have been conducted to
find its benefits in the term of modern biomedical sciences. Documented researches suggest that Eleuthero may
increase endurance, improve memory/learning, reduce inflammation, boost immunity, reduce side effects from chemotherapy
and radiotherapy.1 For example, in one study, Eleutherosides B, an Eleuthero ingredient, is shown to
promote regeneration of neurons after their damage by Amyloid beta, a major pathological cause of Alzheimer's disease,
in culture.2
Ginseng is perhaps the best known Chinese herb. Ginseng root is a potent Qi-replenishing herb in TCM. Traditionally,
Chinese herbalists use Ginseng to restore vitality after major ailments. It also tonifies the Spleen and Lung, generates fluids.
Moreover, Ginseng calms the mind to help sleep and concentration.
The action of Eleuthero and Ginseng is enhanced by inclusion of several other tonic Chinese herbs in the EleuthopowerTM
formula as outlined below. The formulation is based on the principle of TCM.

that nourishes Qi and enhances the immune and digestive functions.
