Really Helpful!!!
I'm using approx 200 mg twice a day, for over a month now, and I find that it really helps my IBS-D. It slows down my gut and my stool is well formed, no longer loose and watery. Very easy to add to my herbal tea in the morning and evening, dissolves rapidly and no strong bitter taste.

Excellent Quality
I bought this to make my own Jade Defender while it was out of stock and then sold in limited quantity. As a former practitioner I've preferred granular herbs and seeing that Jade Defender is a simple 3 herb formula it was affordable to use granular. I find this product to be of excellent quality and easily ingested in hot water.
