It is working for me
I bought this after reading about an anti-HSV polysaccharide that the prunella spike plant is known for. I have to say that since I have been drinking 1g daily I have not had any outbreaks. I have been having them 2 times a month for years now (back to back, non stop), even with doctor prescribed medication - which was not working for me. I am very happy with these results! For the first couple of days I took this plant I had extra bowel movements but they normalized after the first couple of days.

Supports the liver
I bought this single herb to support me in hot weather. I was surprised when it almost immediately improved my sleep! I take 2 g. twice each day. It's grounding and gentle and complements the LiverVive that I also take daily.

Has the expected therapeutic effect in a very convenient form. My only caveat is that I prefer the taste of the raw herb to these granules (the granules have a starchy taste).
