WeitalessTM (Jia Wei Fang Feng Tong Sheng Wan (Pian),
加味防风通圣丸)
is an herbal remedy modified from
Fang Feng Tong Sheng San, an ancient herbal
formula newly discovered to help reduce weight†. The Chinese herb is the most recommended Chinese
herbal medicine by Chinese doctors for weight control.

What does it do?
Fang Feng Tong Sheng San (Wan) is a well respected Chinese herbal medicine
formulated over 800 years ago. In Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), it
dispels pathogenic wind (heat) from the body surface and purges away the dampness heat from the interior, as manifested by
dryness in the mouth, discomfort of the throat, sensation of stuffiness in the
chest, constipation, dark urine, local signs of inflammation, and skin eruptions.
In recent years, clinical studies indicate that Fang Feng Tong Sheng San are effective on
weight loss.1 For example, in a Japanese study, of 68 obese people took Fang Feng Tong Sheng San,
30% showed weight reduction after 8 to 10 weeks. The effect on weight loss is more significant
on women of 20-30 years old.
(see Weight Loss for more info on
weight loss herbal remedies)
WeitalessTM is an enhanced form of Fang Feng Tong Sheng San.
First, it removed several herbs from the original Fang Feng Tong Sheng San to minimize any
potential side effects. Second, several herbs like hawthorn and astragalus are added to
increase the weight loss effect. It increases metabolism, induces sweating, reduces swelling, purges the food
stagnation.† WeitalessTM is suitable for those who are overweight with belly fat and
an expanded waistline, with good
appetite, and with the tendency of hypertension. It works mildly and gradually
to adjust your weight. This is in contrast to fast weight loss which is often
associated with side effects because the functions of the body is not adjusted
properly at the same time. Therefore, when it comes for use in weight control,
Weitaless is prefered.
WeitalessTM is also applicable to skin eruptions such as eczema, itch, and rosasea.1
