I find that a large number of people spend great amounts of time trying to figure out their own health needs with very little in the way of authoritative information. So, I thought what I\u2019d do to help people is to put together a little reference guide based on a few of the most common issues I see in clinic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It does, however, share some particulars about what herbal formulas have been used by Chinese Medicine practitioners in the past and under what circumstances. With that said\u2026 let\u2019s say you have any combination of the following symptoms: night sweats, frequent urination, hard stool, dry hair, dry skin, dry eyes, vaginal dryness, mood swings, tiredness and hot flashes. I see various combinations all stemming from a hormone imbalance associated with menopause. The \u201cgo to\u201d for centuries of practitioners has been the formula Liu Wei Di Huang Tang. Finally, there are two forms of what people commonly describe to me as \u201canxiousness\u201d.<\/em> One form is more specifically characterized by a spontaneous, rapid beating of the heart. People tend to worry or become anxious not knowing why this is happening. Most often this form of anxiousness is induced by long-term stress. I have found Gui Pi Tang or SpleenVive<\/a>SpleenVive<\/a> superb for alleviating this condition, and the effects further enhanced in combination with YinVive<\/a>YinVive<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Anxiousness accompanied by menstrual periods with severe cramping, menses that appear scanty, dark brown or purple, headaches, floaters, sleeplessness, sensitivity to light, ringing in the ears, mood swings, tendency towards angry outbursts, low spirit, spontaneous crying\u2026 is related to Liver imbalance. Chai Hu Long Gu Mu Li Pian a.k.a Neurosoothe<\/a>Neurosoothe<\/a> is ideal for individuals on the verge of \u201cfreaking out\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Xiao Yao San, aka EaseTonic<\/a>EaseTonic<\/a>, works best for those who are just beginning to experience symptoms or whose symptoms are not very severe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
