Great Herb for Stress Relief and For Help with Sleep
I have been taking this herbal treatment for stress for some time. It helps calm me down in stressful work situations, and also can help me go to sleep when I have many racing ideas in my head from work when I go to bed. I do not have to take these herbs all the time, I take 6 at bedtime, and 6 when I am feeling stressed as needed.

Excellent title! fits the product well
I have taken this product for several days in conjunction with Sleep Peace and I have found that I am sleeping better than I have for years. I take the recommended dose twice a day, I also find that I am calmer and less affected by the daily stress that comes into everyone's life. This is an excellent product.

I got unusual heat especially in the afternoon, then I had the An Shen Bu Xin Pian whenever the day this symptom appear, just for few times, now it seems the symptom rarely comes back. I can't believe it that it is so simple to make it with the An Shen Bu Xin Pian! That makes me very happy.

Noticeable benefit
Ive been taking six pills three times a day for about two weeks now and I am noticeably calmer and less anxious. My sleep has improved only slightly but hopefully that will improve with continued use. It’s been the perfect antidote to pandemic-induced angst.
