Sales / Account Manager (Supplements)

ActiveHerb is a leading US company dedicated to market dietary supplements based on traditional Chinese medicine. Our products are remarkably effective, safe, and affordable. Our market is growing. We have now opened a new customer service representative position to better serve our customers. This is either a full time or a part time position working Monday-Friday at regular business time. The job needs to be on site.

Job Description:

We are known for excellent customer service. You will continue to provide customer service in an efficient, accurate, and friendly manner.

Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Answer incoming calls and emails.
  • Process orders for customers from calls, emails, and fax.
  • Resolve customers service and billing inquiries.
  • Print shipping labels.
  • Help ship the packages as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Proficient in online ordering, excel, and email etc.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to listen to and build rapport with customers.
  • Ability to learn fast.

You need to be self-motivated, reliable, organized, details and results oriented. We value work ethic and integrity.
