What does it do?
更年期是人生长发育成熟转向衰退的转折时期，是生命的必然过程。女性在50岁左右由于雌性荷尔蒙减少，月经会停止，卵巢也不再产卵。规律的月经周期过渡到绝经需要一两年时间，通常由于荷尔蒙分泌失调这个过程不会顺畅。一般会出现潮热，盗汗，情绪波动，失眠，腰背酸痛等不适症状，这就是所谓的更年期综合症。
从中医的角度来看，更年期是肾虚的结果。肾中所藏之精气，是机体生命活动之本。肾阴、肾阳是肾中精气生理效应的两个方面。肾脏功能随着年龄而下降。潮热以及烦躁不安是阴虚的迹象而腰背酸痛是肾精亏虚的一个表现。虽然潮热是更年期综合症最明显的症状，但经常有些人同时又有手脚冰凉和怕冷的症状。潮热和手脚冰凉并存表明肾阴阳两虚。二仙汤是独特的中医名方，补肾壮阳与滋阴泻火并用，专门用于治疗肾阳和肾阴同时不足的更年期综合症。
二仙汤是上海已故名医张伯讷教授20世纪50年代针对更年期综合症经临床反复筛选验证，最终研制出的方剂。由于方用仙茅、仙灵脾二药为主，故名"二仙汤"。另外"二仙"亦寓运用之后，功效奇特如神仙之意。
广慈堂二仙片6味中药精细配伍而成。它能温补肾阳，滋阴养精，调理肝血，泻火。其中仙茅、仙灵脾（淫羊藿）二药补肾壮阳为主药；配伍巴戟天温肾阳，补肾精，三药温肾壮阳，强筋健骨。黄柏、知母相须为用，滋养肾阴而泻肾火。当归，为妇科疾病的一种常用的中草药，温润养血和调节月经。

Need more time to be sure....
I have not had enough time to feel it's full effects, but have noticed less hot flashes in just one month. Since it usually takes 3 months to feel the full effects I take this as a good sign. I also really love the flavor of the pills, (which I also take as a good sign)...I suck mine throughout the day, and feel immediately more emotionally centered when I do so.

I prefer Zhi Bai Di Huang Pian
I took this for hot flash twice a day but I think I still prefer Zhi Bai Di Huang Pian as this seems not strong enough for hot flash. For people have mild hot flash problem, this could work for them. But I also have lower back soreness and cold limbs, so I might go back to this formula when my hot flash is better or in winter.

No More Hot Flash in the middle of the night !!
I ordered this not expecting much for the first time I used it but to my Surprise it worked the first week... I took 5 pills three time a day .. it worked so well that I started cutting it down to 5 pills 2 times a day after 1 week !! I am totally pleased with the way it has stopped my hot flashes and I sleep all night !!

It works!
I began to notice a slight difference after the first bottle. By the 5th bottle, I could definitely feel the difference. Hot flashes were less frequent and less intense. Give the product time to work. Don't stop after one or two bottles.
