I have been taking Easetonic Plus for over a year. It has helped considerably with my hot flashes, and brought my night sweats to once a night. Plus it has helped with my focus. No so fuzzy anymore.

I'll be taking this for the rest of summer.
My acupuncturist suggested I switch over to these herbs when Spring hit. She also thinks my constitution leans toward liver. I didn't think my liver was as imbalanced as it has been in the past, but I suppose I have been calming down a bit. I think there have been a few times where I was upset, but I noticed I was unable to channel the usual intensity. A few times it made me stuff and wonder if I was making up my own drama, but in the end I think it is learning a new way to feel and express upset. I was just upset, but it didn't hook into me and manifest into outburst.

Too much energy!!
This formulation is not right for me. After only 2 days of taking 5 pills each day-----I was not able to sleep at night. Too stimulating for me. It has kept me focused on tasks however---but not good for easing nervous symptoms or helping me to fall asleep faster. Maybe it will work for you. We are all different.

A "Must Have" For My Health!

This Stuff is Really Good!
I haven't been taking the EaseTonic plus for long, but it does have a very positive, relaxing effect on me, even if I just take it towards bedtime. It helps with mild anxiety and menopausal stress. I don't find it makes me sleepy, just more relaxed and more cheerful. This is definite re-order!

Outstanding formula for hot weather
I've been using this formula for years, and especially appreciate the additional herbs for cooling. Hot weather can frequently cause the liver to become a bit sluggish, and this will quickly sort it out and keep energy flowing smoothly.

Amazing!
I started taking these about a month and a half ago and it has helped me a lot. These were recommended to me by my acupuncturist. I have been having menstruation problems ever since I could remember and for the past 3 years, my period started becoming so irregular to the point I would sometimes go half a year without it. After taking these twice or three times a day for about two weeks I had my period with only a bit of irritability before and NO cramps/pain/nausea like I usually do. I

Too Stimulating
I took about 3 tablets at once but it sent me into a manic phase because they were too stimulating. I would recommend something like Neurosooth if you are looking for something that is more sedating.

Wonderful Product
I use this daily to deal with life's ups and downs; using daily gives me a calm feeling, ability to deal with daily frustrations; it also improves my mood and prevents that wired feeling and aids in sleeping. Perimenopausal Solution
I’m 52. The last 10 years have been a hormonal nightmare. Moody, angry, irritable, no libido …misery. I started taking a loEstrin birth control pill a few years ago and it took my irritability down enough that I felt I could control myself. Being near menopause, by doctor recommended I come off the pill. I was desperate to keep in control of my outbursts and had anxiety at the thought of coming off them. I found EaseTonic Plus and thought I’d give it a shot. Wow!! It has changed my life. Excellent formula
This is my favorite herbal formula. As a woman who suffers from intense PMS/liver stagnation, this helps me tremendously. Also, I have tried other brands and this is the only one that doesn’t give me any side effects. It’s calming and relaxing, but doesn’t make me sleepy.

Daughter is so thankful!
My 20 year old daughter came to me asking if she could be put on some medication because she always felt anxious and moody. Since we had tried other Active Herb Chinese formulas, I came to the site to see if I could find something natural for my daughter to try first before medication.

Two months of calm
I started taking these daily two months ago when a family member started down the road of a health crisis. My anxiety is almost gone when I take this every 12 hours. As soon as I miss a dose, the anxiety comes back. This keeps me hopeful and moving forward.

Calm & peaceful feelings
It is amazing how well this works to calm a restless mind, it makes me cope with the problems that happens in life. I take 5 or 6 pills a day depending on how much stressful the day has been . It helps me sleep better

I keep a jar of this around and use it now at bedtime, by taking 5 pills just before going to bed. This herb does not need to build up in your system before it works. I also have used this herb for work stress.

Also good for teen girls
We know a youngster who was going through a difficult time and this formula was a real help. It really helped them through some problems with their health and fatigue combined with heat. Even though the description mentions menopause, I think this formula is also apt for the earlier years as well, for things like cramping and mood swings. Nice to know that is available in an easy to take form.
