What does it do?

Very nice!
It's subtle and quiets the mind. No hangover. I'm 70, meditate, exercise, don't drink alcohol and only take this when I need a helper. I took 5 tablets.

Excellent
After a recent illness, my body was so damp from the western medications I was on. I was having phlegm in my stomach and had trouble eating. I took wen dan pian for a few days and my symptoms improved. I could now eat without feeling like throwing up. My appetite also came back. I now take it whenever I have to get back on my western medications as a prevention. Thank you
