This stuff works!
I started using this product a few years ago, and I can't recommend it enough. It's almost a herbal ambient, they work that well. Directions say you can take 6 3x a day.....I take 5 2x a day......one in early evening and one just before bedtime. Keeps me asleep all night. Plus, this company gets them to me super quick. I'm a very happy customer.

Great for Winding down for Sleep
I take 5 pills right before bed, and it helps me wind down and fall asleep right away. I have not had to take this formula for a long period of time to have it work, and I have also not had to take it during the day, to make it be effective for sleep. Work stress has kept me up many a nights, and Sleepeace takes care of that. Great product.

Sleep
I cannot tell if this works or not. It seems not to but perhaps does in a very mild way. I went back to eating my own homade pot cookies, emptying chamomile and other sleep inducing teas into the mix. I am not giving up on this brand because their prices are low. I will probably try them for healing other ailments.

Highly effective
I have been suffering with hyperthyroid anxiety and tremors preventing me from sleeping and I would awaken in the morning with a racing pulse. I take 10 pills at night, and 1 to 2 hours later all symptoms disappear and I sleep through the night. My pulse and blood pressure are normal when I awake in the morning.

Deep sleep zzzzzz
My husband uses Sleepeace more than I do. I tried one night and it gave me a deep restful sleep. I woke up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom. I felt like I have slept for hours. My husband has a Fitbit and it shows that he has high % of deep sleeps when he takes it. He is very happy with it.

Helping!
I could not sleep more than two hours and after my first bottle I can sleep four, which is a big improvement in my opinion. I am so happy not to feel any secondary effects. Even though I am not yet sleeping through the night, I feel better and more rested. I really think this is helping me!

Helps me get to and stay asleep
I take this once a day only, a couple hours before bed (which is when I remember). I take about 7 tabs. I am such a light sleeper but these really work well to keep me sleeping deeper and better than I do without them. Really happy with all the formulas I get from ActiveHerb!

Full night of sleep...finally
My acupuncturist gave me a bottle of this to try for sleep. After the first night of taking this, I slept for over 8 hours. Not even prescribed medications could help me sleep like this supplement. High recommend for a blissful night of counting zzz's.

I'm not sure if this has to take longer to kick in or is just not for me. Every single time I have taken this, I wake up in the middle of the night and cannot go back to sleep. Inspite of following the instructions I get the same results.

Didn't like the Wan, prefer Pian
I returned this "Wan" formula due to animal ingredient in it. It's my fault, I should have read the ingredient list on their site. I am a vegetarian and don't want to take anything with gelatin. Anyway, the return process was easy and I got some of my money back. Next time, I will go back and order the Pian instead. It works well for me and I am able to sleep through the night if I take them before sleep. I usually took 5 or 6 pian before sleep.

Helps me sleep 7 hours a night!
I started take just 3 Sleep peace before I go to bed and it helps me sleep at least 60 hours per night. Formerly I had been unable to sleep more than 4 hours without waking up. Once I wake completely up I cannot get back to sleep.

Definitely Sleep in Peace!

Good description of what the product does.
I have been taking the product for several weeks, and it definitely helps me sleep better. This fact was brought home to me when I ran out of Sleep peace and didn't reorder right away. After a few days without the product, I began having trouble falling asleep and didn't feel as rested in the morning. These issues went away a few days after I resumed taking Sleep peace. I take the recommended dose twice a day. I also take Spirit Calm and find the two work well together. Both are excellent.

Seems to be helping a lot!!
