Jian Pi Wan (Jian Pi Pian,
健脾丸)
invigorates qi and strengthens the spleen, regulates the flow of qi and
promotes digestion†. The herbal formula is used for weakness of the spleen and the stomach, distention and fullness of
the abdomen and the stomach, anorexia and loose stool†. Radix Codonopsis (Dang Shen) and Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae (Bai Zhu)
invigorate qi of middle- jiao and strengthen the spleen
and the stomach; Fructus Crataegi (Shan Zha) and Fructis Hordei Germinatus (Mai Ya) help digestion and remove food stagnancy;
Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae (Chen Pi) and Fructus Aurantii Immaturus (Zhi Shi) regulate the flow of qi and relieve depression, remove the
retention of food in the stomach and relieve the stasis of intestines†.

How do I use it?
Take 4 to 6 pills or 2 to 3 tablets three times daily before or with meal. The dose
