Gentle, Very Effective
My acupuncturist agrees that SpiritCalm is an effective and gentle product to help me sleep better, falling asleep more quickly, and worrying and thinking cyclically less so that I CAN fall asleep. I take anywhere between 3-5 tablets depending on my need/stress level on any given evening, and I wake with clarity and no grogginess. Need more time
I feel calm and all is well, but my dreams are still out of whack, too vivid and such, to where I am not getting good sleep. That only tells me that my Spirit is still disturbed. This is the man reason I started these. I have had good experiences with all of this line, so I am going out on a limb now trusting that with a bit more time, these herbs will help do what it needs to my Spirit ...... and the dreams will go away! I just hope it is within the next month.

I bought the spiritcalm for about three weeks now and I love it. I had a hard time sleeping every night and now that I took it, I can sleep better. I take it every night and I have a good night sleep. I recommend anyone who has a hard time sleeping to take the spiritcalm. It will really help you sleep better.

Calm Down for Good
I take this mainly for daily meditation to calm me down. However, I don't feel the effect kicking in with regular dose. After I increase the dose, it really works like charm that I feel sinking into calmness with very positive mind. This is a great feeling sort of like utopia !

Has made me feel calmer, seems to improve vision at times
I have been trying different activeherb products and this one seems to be another good option. It doesn't seem as effective as the first time I used it, but I have consistently gotten better sleep at night it seems combining this with Sleepeace. There are a few formulas I have on the way I will be trying that may suit me better, we will see.

This works with sleep peace
I take these with sleep peace when I am wired and can't fall asleep because my mind is racing. With those 2 formulations, it relaxes me and helps me to fall asleep so much faster that any OTC pill. You can actually feel it working! Try it, it can't hurt and can possibly help you get the sleep that we all so desperately need for good health.

Very satisfied
I have had a lot of trouble with not being able to stay calm since the virus threat but Spirit Calm has changed all of that ,I don't even think about it a anymore. I take 7 pills in the morning and 7 more in the evening and I feel great . Sleep well & no problems . I love Spirit Calm , it lives up to its name !! Very satisfied!!

Prompt delivery
The delivery of the product by ActiveHerbs was prompt and smoothless.
The product perse is good in the sense that it made me calmer, unfortunately only for a short time until the restlessness continued.
I am not saying that the product is good or bad, it was just the wrong kind of herbal
combination for me.

Helps my mood
I have been taking SpritCalm about 2 weeks or so. I also take NeuroSoothe, Ease Tonic and MooDelight. I take 2 tablets each in the morning and 1 tablets each in the evening. The combination of these TCM works well. I feel more calm and easy to manage stress at work.

Feeling Calm!
I am loving this spirit calm, I have been very anxious lately. Having trouble sleeping! I went to the dr and they put me on prescribed medication that made me feel awful! I am finally able to get off the medication because of spirit calm!

What are the possible adverse reaction of An Shen Bu Xin pill might have?
I have never experienced any side effect with any Chinese herbal formulas in the 20 years I have been taking them. If you have an allergy to an herb in the formula then I would be cautious. Otherwise, I don't think you have anything to lose by giving these a try.
