Great benefits!
I bought this to relieve anxiety and boy does it work quite well. It also helps me sleep peacefully and yet not be drugged in the morning. After using it I am calm and able to be more present with people in a meaningful way - listening and responding.

upon refer by my acupuncture Doctor, this product really work within 15 minutes.
however, I wish it has some sort of time release, found myself wake up after 5 hrs or so. could use a longer deep sleep.

Made a believer out of my spouse!
This formulation is great! It really helps to relax and promote sleep. Of course, if you are one that wakes up several times a night, it may take a few bottles before you see any improvement. My spouse is now a believer of Chinese herbs. He took the pills for 5 nights in a row, and he slept through the night----first time in months! Try it!! beats otc meds!!

Gets me right back to sleep
I take this when I wake up in the middle in the night. In the past I would lay awake for a long time, sometimes 4 hours or more until it was time to get up. But now, as soon as I wake up, I just take 5 of these and I'm back asleep within minutes!

Get to sleep and wake up energized!
A few times a year I have sleep difficulties that last for several weeks.
By taking the recommended dose I can fall asleep easily and when I awake I feel absolutely energized, which is something you can't say about other sleep aids.
Sometimes if I've had a stressful day I'll take 9 before I go to bed and it does the trick quite nicely.

Not sure it works yet
I have been taking this product as directed--5 pills three times a day--for about three weeks. I'm still not falling asleep any better. I may be getting better quality sleep at times, but I'm not sure. After two bottles, I plan to stop and see if I notice any difference.

Really helps!
Sleepeace is a great formulation. I take 4 tablets about 1 hour before bed, and I fall asleep easily and fast! Much better and safer than the OTC brands that are mostly antihistimines, which dry out my eyes! Try it for a few days in a row, before you decide.

Life Saver

Works for a while
I used it for several consecutive nights. It worked splendidly for 4-5 nights, then stopped working. I have found the same thing happening with other products, e.g. melatonin and skullcap. I've decided to experiment some more, and maybe rotate the products.

Whenever I have a problem with sleep, eg. getting up too early in the morning or at night I take the Sleep peace pills and within about 15, 20 minutes I fall back to sleep. It helps a lot especially during more stressful times. I like it very much.

This my second order
I have had trouble sleeping most of my life but worse after menopause. I was taking over the counter product and know it is not good for long term use. My acupuncturist recommended Sleepeace. I stay asleep and wake up rested- not feeling foggy like the OTC medication. This my second order and will continue to use. I take recommenced dose. It has changed the quality of my sleep.

Finally resting
I have had years of not resting, I fall asleep fast just to wake up at 3 am and the mind going none stop until is time to wake up. Since starting taking Sleepeace I see that I am finallt resting . I am in my third bottle and I am sleeping like never before (or that I can remember). I am going to keep it up, I take it three times a day with the last dose an hour before I go to bed. I will have to say that I use also Calm spirit 3 times a day, so I think both products have helped my sleeping issue. Thank God I found Activeherb, my herbs arrive fast and the quality is great. I have taken other Chinese products from other companies and I have not felt the results I am getting with Activeherb.Also I love to read their articles they are so helpful.

Helping to nourish the blood
I bought this product 1 month ago...taking 7 pills at night, am going to double up the dosage as I have been Vegan for 25 years & per TCM Vegans have blood deficiency which in turn creates sleeping issues. I will update my review in a month or two as it usually takes a few months to get an accurate understanding if the chinese herbs are working.

Herbal Ambient!!

Wonderful Product!
I have been using Speepeace for a few years now and cannot say enough about the product! I take 5 when I climb into bed and sleep like a baby. Every now and again, if I wake up in the middle of the night, I'll take one or two more and that helps me to fall back to sleep, but I usually don't have to do that. Sleepeace has improved my quality of life immensely as there's nothing more important than getting a good night's sleep! Try it!

This works
During this crazy year, I have had trouble sleeping both going to sleep at a reasonable hour and going back to sleep after I wake up in the middle of the night. For the first time in my life, I tried melatonin and it sort of worked. Not good enough for me, so I tried Sleepeace. I take it according to directions twice a day -- not just before I go to bed. It works really well and I feel like I am getting the sleep I need.
