What does it do?

不管是暴饮暴食后还是由于其它消化道不适，使用保和片是最恰当不过了，因为它可以助消化，除积食。保和片由三组中药巧妙配方而成，分别针对积食，痰，热。
第一组中药助消化、消食。包括山楂、神曲、麦芽、莱菔子。山楂消一切饮食积滞，尤善消肉食油腻之积，中医里也常用于降脂和减肥。神曲善消酒食陈腐之积；莱菔子消食下气，长于消谷面之积；麦芽健脾开胃而消面乳之积。
第二组中药化痰。中医认为"人有食积，必生痰湿"，因此，有必要化痰燥湿。这由两味中药枳实、陈皮所实现。此外，加入茯苓健脾去湿。
第三组中药清热。中医认为"食积日久则易生热"，因此，方中又用连翘来清热散结。
在中国药典里，保和丸消食，导滞，和胃。用于食积停滞，脘腹胀满，嗳腐吞酸，不欲饮食。

Helps stomach feel more comfortable!

Really helps
My whole life I’ve had digestive issues, and pretty much everything would cause gas. Since taking e digest I hardly get gas anymore and my digestion is better than it’s ever been.

Could be an every day staple
I gave this a 4 star only because I was messing and testing around, trying to figure out what is the best herb blend for me right now. So I didn't really have anything clear in mind to look for. I was using Tonic 8, which was out of stock.
But everything in this line has been great, providing me with some sort of positive progress in my healing path, which will be an ongoing shift of pattterns.

You'll feel better after eating! (of course try not to overeat). This has definitely helped my digestion my stomach feels more eat ease. And it has helped the action of other formulas as well, since you are absorbing all their nutrients. Try it out for yourself you won't be dissapointed!
