What does it do?

Stiffness reduced!
I have almost finished the second bottle of ArthritEZ and noticed the stiffness of my joints have reduced considerably. This has allowed me to be more active and increase my workout without the usual pain and discomfort. I'm planning to continue using this product.

Excellent!
I've been taking two bottles of Ezjoint so far, and the stiffness in my hands are relatively reduced. My Chinese doctor said that I should keep taking it at least for three months, then take a break. (since this is a chronic issue) I have faith in Chinese traditional medicine, and I'm so glad that I can find them here, in Active Herb:-)

Great for warming my body
I had planned on using it for my husband's joints but ending up using it to keep my body warm when no one else seems to be cold. Results were immediate. Feels great! 20 tablets a day seems a lot. I don't have bad joint problems. So when I'm done, I will try other blood circulators. I'd like advice on this. I have a yin spleen and a fiery liver.

Helps ease of movement.

I think it helps somewhat
I have finished one bottle and I think it helps a little bit on my fingers. When I woke up in the morning, my fingers are not as stiff as before. But for my right shoulder, I haven't noticed much improvement. I took 7 pians twice a day. I will continue to try few more bottles and see if my shoulder will also improve.
