Excellent Quality, Reliable
On the advice of a Chinese doctor, I have been using this formulation on-and-off for many years. I generally take 5 pills twice/day. Make sure you start with a low-dosage and build up to 5 over the course of a week or so as it can cause some stomach upset if you start a high dose right away. I also find that weening off gradually over a couple of weeks is helpful when I want to take a break.

Love this!
I got this at the recommendation from my provider, and have noticed a huge difference even with a small dosage. I'd like to try bumping it up a bit, but we're waiting to see how the acupuncture treatments respond before increasing. I love it though - already feel much calmer and more settled in my body, with a slight decrease in chronic pain

Just can’t go on without Ease Tonic Plus!
I bought it after trying out the regular ease tonic one. The plus definitely makes huge different! I thought the regular one was great but this plus version is definitely much much better! I can tell difference in my mood in an hour after taking it! If I missed it, everybody is around me would be in trouble!

Experiencing Relief
I've used other Guang Ci Tang products and found them to be very effective. This one caught my attention as I was hoping it would be able to lift my mood. After a couple of weeks, I did notice that I felt calmer and more upbeat. I'm very impressed with this product!

Plus More Noticeable Beneficial than Ease Tonic
Have periodically used Jia Wei Xiao Yao Wan periodically the last few years while finding balance following a complicated situation involving grief, stress and minor injury. The "Plus" appears to be more beneficial leading to better balance daily.

Zero effect
I have taken Chinese blends for years for times when most needed. I can’t say the quality of this product is bad but what I can definitely say is that this product produced absolutely zero results . I have even tried 12 in a day and nothing over the course of the two months. This one really makes me wonder not into a place of happiness but into a place of - is there anything even in these pills ? I usually dislike to leave bad comments but this one is a must.

My go to herb
I have been taking this on and off for many years since I reached 40, and I am now 59. I strongly believe it's helped me go through menopause phase. I had some problem due to my hormone changes, but it only last a week or two, because I started taking these when I felt the symptoms, and it went away after taking 2-4 weeks. They work!
My accupuncturist had put me on these within my first session after I told her what my problems were. I love these concentrated tea pills. I bought a few bottles of the standard concentration but I feel like these work so much better for me, especially when my hormones are going haywire. They help stabilize my mood and alleviate pms symptoms.

i bought this once for cramps during period. I think for me these are good more for anyone who has pms (the days before your period) which I don't usually get anything severe. good for anxiety and sleep I found. But if you;re looking for actual pain/cramp relief I recommend the menses ease instead which is what I needed. But this one ok .
