Great formula
I find it hard sometimes to do liver formulas because they can bring up anger in the process which, of course can lead to problems. I found this formula more gentle and easier to use for a lengh of time. My skin is clearer and not breaking out like usual. My eyes are brighter and generally feel more energy. I use this formula as prescribed, and will likely use it for a stretch every year.

Fits the product completely
I have been using this product for over 2 months,and I have noticed a definite improvement in my mood. In particular I have felt significantly less irritable, and I no longer experience quick bursts of anger. First day I took it, I started to detoxify. 2 tabs-2x/day. Age 70 I'm taking this with liver windclear, and skin windclear hoping to rid my sudden bouts of sneezing when I feel a little chilled. I took liver fire clear for the first few months. I hope this works.

Boy did I need this.
So Spring is time of Wood and the Liver/GB, and this Spring made that abundantly clear. I started it off with all sorts of Liver Chi deficiency symptoms from irritability to a swollen sore right side of tongue with teeth marks. When the tongue issue manifested I decided to up the dosage to 3 pills until the issue had subsided, plus a few days. I will continue on this at least until summer comes.
