1st period in 8 months
I'll never relaly know if it was because of Tonic8, the acupuncture or what - but I finally had a period. It has been causing me a lot of anxiety, knowing I am TOO young to stop menstrual cycles. On the same note I have been well aware of my weak blood and chi issues for a while, due to many life circumstances over the past 15 years.
So they tonified enough to at least have this one period, and I hope there is more improvement!

Alleviates bloating
I've been taking this formula as the bottle's instructions suggest (5 tablets, 3x daily) for approximately 4-months now. My herbalist suggested this formula for long-standing blood deficiency. The most noticeable improvement so far is my abdominal bloating has resolved. Clothing fits much better.

Replenishing

Seems to help with my weakness/fatigue after my period.
I suffer from menorrhagia and experience fatigue during and after my period. This seems to help me bounce back, a little quicker. Now I just wish I could find a product that minimizes my menorrhagia and fatigue/anemia/menstrual migraines all-in-one!
