What does it do?
在中医理论中，脾在消化中起着核心的作用。脾不但调节人体对食物中营养成分到血液的吸收，脾还负责把营养成分转化为精，气，阴，阳等在中医中最为基本的控制整体机能的元素。一个强壮的脾可以弥补精，气，阴或阳的先天不足。如果脾功能虚弱，消化功能就会受影响，身体健康就会出现问题。
脾功能一个常见的问题是阳虚。脾阳虚常与胃阳虚一起出现。症状可见胃冷，腹痛，腹胀，呕吐，泄泻，手足发凉。例如，不能吃冷水，冷牛奶，否则就会腹泻；腹痛喜暖、喜按，手按后或热水袋敷后腹痛减轻。
附子理中丸/片是用来增强脾胃阳气的首选中成药。该中成药方包含多个温阳、健脾、补气的中药。其中附子回阳补火、散寒除湿，炮姜温中祛寒以助脾阳，党参大补元气以助运化，白术健脾燥湿，甘草益气和中（脾胃），调和诸药。
在中国药典里[1]，附子理中丸温中健脾。用于脾胃虚寒，脘腹冷痛，呕吐泄泻，手足不温。

It works.
My acupuncturist/herbalist recommended Fu Zi Li Zhong for problems with loose stools. In my experience, many herbs take a long time to take effect; Fu Zi seemed to work quickly. There's a reason they call it a "mid-warmer." Not only does it stop loose stools, it warms your mid-section both front and back. My acupuncturist told me that loose stools are caused my to cold of a GI system. My only caution is to not take too much or you can get constipated. After adjusting the dosage, it works great.

Ok
I am a big fan of ActiveHerb products. However this one was too strong for me. I took this on the advice of my acupuncturist but I had to stop because it was extremely drying for me. I’m still a big fan of ActiveHerb as the products are good quality.

Really helps!
I purchased this for gastric upset/loose stools/chills. This product helped me feel better in one day! The loose stools returned to normal--and the chills subsided. I definitely recommed this product.

Potent stuff
This product is strong. You really feel the heating effect. I was having some digestive issues: loose stools, nausea and vomiting at the extreme. I was told my stomach was too cold and needed heat to help digest. This really did the trick immediately and now I just take sparingly.

Good Stuff!
I bought this originally for digestion and cold feet; it did not seem to help me with those issues, but I love it for some other effects. It definitely warms the torso, and makes my chest and lungs relax, allowing for deep comfortable breathing. Very nice in winter!

Before I purchased this Fu Zi Li Zhong Pian, I heard that this type of herb mixture will heat your body from stomach to entire body. So it might cause acne and pimples on face. But for ActiveHerb brand, it didn't. I eat it together with Wu Lin Pian, so I can't tell the effect of this herb along. They worked together to get rid of excessive water from my body.

Makes a difference.
I have been using this supplement for 2 weeks now, and I have seen an icrease in body heat, especially at night when I sleep. I usually get cold in my sleep, but after using this supplement, I feel warm at night. So, I take it 2-3 hours before sleep

No more cold feet
I have purchased this product for a friend which was complaining about his cold limbs and extremities. It does what it's written on the tin ! The outocme is do far positive at the regular dosage.
