I advise many of my women's health patients of the absolute value in Gen Nian An Pian for supporting efforts in making menopausal symptom less problematic. There is no doubt that it is supportive in diminishing annoying vasomotor symptoms.

Menoplease
I started & stopped this remedy multiple times. I don't know why, but each Tim I started taking it it would cause me gain weight almost immediately. After discontinued use, It would take a couple days for the weight to drop off

Makes me nauseas
I just started taking suggested dosage and I have been very sick to my stomach all day. Not sure if that happens to some people, but I am going to stop taking and see how I feel tomorrow.
