Wasn't right for me
I didn't get to find out if this product would help me. I started out taking only half of the recommended dosage with the plan to build up to the recommended once my body got used to the herbs. I had to stop taking it after a week or so, because it gave me very bad digestive disturbance. I stopped for a week and my symptoms went away. I tried one more time, just in case the problem was not related to this product. I started having the digestive disturbances again. I guess this blend is not for me. You need to try for yourself - everyone reacts differently to things.

I was given a bottle of these by my acupuncturist and instructed to take 5 pills three times a day. I started to feel relief within a three-week period of religiously taking them as instructed at 5 pills three times a day. I now SWEAR by these pills. Spread them out every six hours during the day and you will soon learn how they work their magic. Give it time, though. This is a lifesaver. My hot flashes at night and during the day are now gone. I ordered these on a Monday and had them by Wednesday. I will never be without these

DRY AS A BONE!
Immediate results! No more night sweats or day hot flashes. Great relief! I work with clients and it is wonderful to be able to be completely present for their concerns without being distracted by sweating and / or chills. I had been on mild hormones since a hysterectomy at 50 and had to suddenly come off of them following a stroke at 65. Found myself thrust into menopausal symptoms! No more though, with these herbs.

LOVE this product
Once you have hot flashes it's up to the god's when they go away! I did take this
product for about one year and it really helped lower these symptoms. It is a
commitment of taking 7 pills three time a day but WORTH IT if it works for you. It did for me. My symptoms have subsided although I do need more air at night but I don't need Menoplease currently. I do plan on using them again this summer when I visit Vietnam to help with the heat.

Works wonders
I love Menoplease. When I take it regularly I don't get hot flashes and best of all it keeps my moods in check. I don't feel edgy or anxious. I can't be without this stuff!

Great product.
I take 7 pills at night before I go to bed. I've been using this product for a year now and it definitely has help ease my symptoms. It takes a couple of months before it kicks in.

Worked for a long time
I had been taking Menoplease for about a year. It worked well to control my intermittent hot flashes. When they got worse, it didn't seem to keep them in check, so I added YinVive Cool. I still feel the Menoplease is having a positive affect, so I take both and they work very well.

I take this product 3 month and feel myself great. How long can I take it at all? Do I need to make a brake or replace it for some time by similar product?
