How good one's circulation is, really governs the health of the body and heart.My circulation was weak from an early age. I developed varicose veins in my legs and when it was hot in summer I would swell. This formula has been a staple for 2 yrs. It has hugely decreased swelling and is very good for helping the heart do it's work as we age especially. I will likely use it for many years.i find Active herb formula clean and affordable.

Good product
My mom been suffering with hands numbness while sleeping at night. So she have to change positions many times at night to avoid the numbness. I saw this Circu Fine and bought it for her to try, she took it 3 times a day and after a week later she felts a little improve on her fingers numbness, which was not as bad as what it used to be. Now she’s taking everyday and feeling a whole lot better. She said will continue take it and hopefully the numbness will be healed totally!

Great blood work
My doctor has me on atorvastatin, but my blood work usually wasn't as good as I'd like.
I started taking Huo Xue Tong Mai Wan early last year and my blood work numbers are the best they have ever been
I'm thinking of ditching the statins.

Veey effective
I bought this to help with blood circulation. I was not disappointed. Cold extremities (fingers or toes) are a sign of circulation blockages. Within about 20 minutes the circulation is smooth.

Keeps the blood moving
I have 2 jobs where I'm on my feet all day, I also have bad veins and circulation (hereditary). I have been taking this for over 2 years. I don't take everyday maybe every few days at this point. Definitely helps my legs and veins not ache and keeps the tingling away. I always have this on hand. Quality products.

Help with fluid retention and heavy legs
Seems to have helped with fluid retention and heavy legs. Worked very quickly and noticed a reduction of fluid retention in my legs. and I can't wait to see the long-term effects.
