What does it do?
柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤出自一千八百年前张仲景的《伤寒论》，该方和解少阳，重镇安神。原文主治伤寒误下，损伤正气，导致邪热内陷，弥漫全身，形成表里俱病，虚实互见的病证。常见症状表现为胸满，烦躁，心悸，小便不利，便秘，谵语，身重难以转侧等。广慈堂的柴胡龙骨牡蛎片使用的就是伤寒论里的柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤方剂。
今天，这个配方的应用已经扩展到包括由于恐惧或痰干扰肝脏/胆囊系统而导致的许多状况。这种方症的标志性症状包括胸部饱胀感、脾气暴躁、心跳加速和心神紊乱。其中以胸满烦惊为辨证核点。从中医来说心主血脉，藏神志。心所主之神志，是指人们的精神、意识、思维活动。当心脏受到干扰（如恐惧或热）时，不仅可以出现精神意识思维活动的异常，如失眠、多梦、神志不宁，甚至谵狂。通常情况下，适合柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤的患者的脉快速而弦细，舌红苔厚腻。
柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤是由小柴胡汤衍变而来的，由小柴胡汤去甘草，加桂枝、茯苓、大黄、龙骨、牡蛎而成。
方中用柴胡疏肝解郁；桂枝温通阳气；黄芩清肝胆之热；柴胡、桂枝、黄芩合用能和里解外，以治寒热往来、身重。龙骨、牡蛎重镇安神，平肝息风，以治烦躁惊狂。人参宁心益智，健脾补气；大枣养血安神，两者合用益气养营，扶正祛邪。大黄清热泻火，使痰热从大便而泻；半夏化痰，有镇静之功；茯苓安心神，利小便；生姜和胃降逆；诸药合用，能疏肝解郁，清热化痰，宁心安神。

Live life with flow and ease
When I take this, I feel as if energy circulates within my body freely. It reminds me of how I felt when I was a kid - that effortless flow of energy throughout the body - feeling. This reduces a sense of tension - that I sometimes get, for example, jaw muscle tension and muscle twitching. When I am at work, I feel a sense of focus and engagement with my work - it replaces a certain sense of apathy that I sometimes feel towards my work with passion and excitement. Highly recommended for anyone who lives a busy life.

Works wonders!
So my symptoms more fit the bill for the Ease Tonic formula. However, I've tried Ease Tonic Plus on several different occasions for weeks on end with no results. I tried neurosoothe and the stuff works miracles! For me it started working within a day and a half. I started with 7 pills three times a day and then went down to five pills 3x per day within days. I can tell if I miss a dose, irritability, easily frustrated, anxiety Etc. Literally after 10 minutes of swallowing these pills an instant calm comes over me in my mind and body. Finally something that really works!

Energy without anxiety
I am about to start my second bottle of neurosoothe, and while it doesn’t work well I’m terms of getting me to sleep, it does give me a considerable amount of energy without any of the anxiety that caffeine gives me. It also gets rid of my phlegm and congestion in my head and nose (dampnesss) and helps calm down my body’s tendency to overheat.
Overall this is one of the best TCM formulas I’ve taken, and on top of that the price is very reasonable and the shipping is fast. I will continue to buy this and explore what else ActiveHerb has to offer

Have faith
Neurosoothe was prescribed for me months ago and I didn't really notice anything happening. But lately I realize I have been feeling more even-keeled, more relaxed, more hopeful. I thought the prescription was for a physical ailment, but now I realize how my mental state is so important to my healing. Very Good Formula
I've been using this remedy for years (started while in peri-menopause) and, more recently, this particular formula from Active Herb. I like this one partly because it actually has Ginseng in it; most other formulations use Codonopsis instead. In any case its calming & balancing effects are invaluable.

Calming
I bought NeuroSoothe to keep me calm while not smoking. In my past attempts to stop smoking I would feel panicky so I thought this would be the perfect support. I normally would not evaluate a formula that I have taken for such a short period of time; however, after just 2 doses of 5 on a really bad day of feeling vexed and agitated 1 dose calmed me quickly and I was able to take a nap and woke up feeling "normal" for the rest of the day. I had a great nights sleep and today I am relaxed and feeling much better.

I have been using Chai Hu Long Gu Mu Li Wan for smokers who are trying to give up the cigarettes along with Acupuncture/Hypnotherapy. The success rate is high.

I am allergic to "tree nuts". Does Chai Hu Long Gu Mu LI Pian 5x, 200mg Tablets have any "tree nuts" in its compounding or are "tree nuts" used anywhere in the processing of this item?
