Calming
I am sleeping better after a take a few of these just before bed. I can feel myself unwinding shortly after taking them. Deeper and longer sleep and easier for me to get back to sleep if I wake up during the night.
What I like also is that during the day I feel more composed and centered in myself and have the peace of mind to get small things done, which means I am making more use of my day. Loving it. Thank you.

Works exactly as listed!
I bought this for my husband, he is a landscaper (works in the heat), smokes, and has digestive and sleep issues (wakes up between 3-4am).
This formula has cooled his heat! She is cooler during the day and at night, it has regulated his digestive system, and he is now pressing the snooze button- sleeping till 530/6am!

Fast acting
I bough this a couple of months ago for feeling of fullness and stagnation. It started working almost right away. I only took 3 tablets a day initially, and now just 2 a day. That seems to work for a person my size. No uncomfortable bloating/irregularity since I started taking this product.

Liver Qi stagnation and spleen Qi deficiency
Helps move liver qi and accompanying digestive issues. I used to get stomachaches after eating (cold stomach), which this formula addresses with the addition of spleen stimulating herbs. It helps warm and invigorate your digestion. Liver qi stagnation symptoms i experienced were sore ribs, a feeling of being “stuck,” and unexpected anger. The bai shao and Xiang fu in the formula took care of these issues. Overall an excellent product

The title is a good choice for the product.
I have been using this product for more than 2 months,and it is an important part of what I take for overall liver support. Good product
I bought this couple of months ago based on the other people’s reviews. I had liver Qi stagnation and liver yang coming up with bitter taste in the mouth. This herb has really helped me with soothing my liver. I finished two bottles and I’m on my third.
