What does it do?
从中医的角度来看，气血两虚症状一般包括皮肤干燥，面色萎黄，月经过少，头晕，眼花，便秘，疲劳。妇女易血虚，月经不调。血虚血瘀会导致月经不调，同样月经不调也是血虚血瘀的常见病因。四物汤能补血养血，重点在养肝血。
中医认为，肝脏具有贮藏血液和调节血量的功能，而女性血虚，应该注重调肝。四物汤特别适合于慢性血虚，伴随月经不正常，甚至可能包括不孕不育的情况。四物汤调节与生育相关的冲任两脉。心血不足，则心失所养，会出现心悸征忡或失眠多梦。对出现上述症状并舌淡和脉细弱的人，四物汤是一个重要的方剂。血虚血瘀互为因果，血虚会引起血瘀，血瘀也会导致血虚，脉常为弦细。
四物汤可以用于贫血，月经过多，产后疲劳/虚弱，泌乳不足，脐周围疼痛和肌肉紧张。
四物汤片仅仅只有四味草药组成：熟地黄、白芍、当归、川芎。熟地黄微温，具补血滋阴，益精填髓，以养胞宫，用为主药。白芍微寒，具有补血滋润、缓解疼痛，养血柔肝等作用。当归辛温，具补血调经、活血的作用。川芎辛温，具有行气开郁、祛风燥湿、活血止痛、舒肝解郁等作用。虽然方中熟地黄、白芍为阴柔补血之品，但与辛香的当归、川芎配伍，使补而不滞，营血调和。
四物汤是中医补血、养血的经典方药，温而不燥，滋而不腻，非常适合长期服用调养。男女都可以服用。

Great for irregular periods...
My teenage daughter was prescribed this formula along with Nuan Gong Yun Zi Pian, by our Acupuncturist, for an irregular menstrual cycle (up to 2.5 to 3 months apart). She started with 10 capsules per day of the Si Wu Tang and 12 per day of the Nuan Gong Yun Zi. After about 2 to 3 months her period starting arriving about every 7 to 8 weeks, then eventually it was about 40 to 45 days apart. Then her cycle came early; 25 days apart. We then stopped the daily dose and lowered the amounts.She took the herbs 3-4 times per week. Her cycle is currently at between 30 to 35 days apart.
This was a journey of about 1 year to get to this point.

Good addition to a holistic approach
I take this twice a day (5 pills each dose, 10 total per day), to help with lack of periods and infertility issues. My TCM practitioner said it will take ~2 months to see any results so it is probably a little early (been taking about 3 weeks now). I was worried about side effects as I have a very sensitive stomach but so far it has been fine (and I take on an empty stomach). I had some of the first spotting in months after I started taking this so while no major results yet, I am feeling good about it so far. Also, I was impressed with the price!

Great Product!
I had bad cramp and whole body uncomfortableness every time I go through my period for many years, after I took this pill for a month, all the symptoms are gone. Now I can enjoy my NORMAL days while I go through menstruation. What a relieve!! I love it!

Excellent product
My mother has been taking it for general well being for quite some time. She is very happy with the results. She is over 70 and her health is basically fine. However she was advised to add this product to supplement her diet. She has noticed a big improvement in digestion over the months and she has more energy. She is very satisfied and will continue to use it.

Great Product
I've been using Tonics4 for years now and it is seriously a life saver! I have endometriosis and this as well as GyneAssure has helped keep it under control (at least the symptoms) without the awful side effects that come along with taking birth control (bc). I would highly recommend it to anyone who is searching for an alternative to bc. [For the record, I used bc from the age of 14-19 and then tried it again when I was 23].

Amazing for menstrual health
I've been taking this formula for a few months and notice I'm less fatigued after my menstrual cycle. I believe it as also helped (along with supplemental iron as I'm anemic) to raise my iron levels.
