What does it do?
从中医的角度来看，气血两虚症状一般包括皮肤干燥，面色萎黄，月经过少，头晕，眼花，便秘，疲劳。妇女易血虚，月经不调。血虚血瘀会导致月经不调，同样月经不调也是血虚血瘀的常见病因。四物汤能补血养血，重点在养肝血。
中医认为，肝脏具有贮藏血液和调节血量的功能，而女性血虚，应该注重调肝。四物汤特别适合于慢性血虚，伴随月经不正常，甚至可能包括不孕不育的情况。四物汤调节与生育相关的冲任两脉。心血不足，则心失所养，会出现心悸征忡或失眠多梦。对出现上述症状并舌淡和脉细弱的人，四物汤是一个重要的方剂。血虚血瘀互为因果，血虚会引起血瘀，血瘀也会导致血虚，脉常为弦细。
四物汤可以用于贫血，月经过多，产后疲劳/虚弱，泌乳不足，脐周围疼痛和肌肉紧张。
四物汤片仅仅只有四味草药组成：熟地黄、白芍、当归、川芎。熟地黄微温，具补血滋阴，益精填髓，以养胞宫，用为主药。白芍微寒，具有补血滋润、缓解疼痛，养血柔肝等作用。当归辛温，具补血调经、活血的作用。川芎辛温，具有行气开郁、祛风燥湿、活血止痛、舒肝解郁等作用。虽然方中熟地黄、白芍为阴柔补血之品，但与辛香的当归、川芎配伍，使补而不滞，营血调和。
四物汤是中医补血、养血的经典方药，温而不燥，滋而不腻，非常适合长期服用调养。男女都可以服用。

It Works!

Helps
My skin and lips were always dry, cracked, and peeled before I started taking this formula. I have a patch of dry skin on one elbow that got noticeably smoother after taking this for a week. Also, made my periods more regular. Used to have late periods but came right on time this month thanks to si wu tang. Also helped with occasional dizziness and pulled muscles.

Wonderful little pills
I haven't been taking them for long (less than 2 weeks), but it right from the start helped me sleep better and resolved some constipation issues I had.
I know it takes some time to help with my Blood deficiency (I am a TCM student), but very pleased thus far with them!

Subtle but I sense it working
I have noticed subtle improvements in sleep and feelings of dizziness. Seems to be building some stamina within me. Reduced sense of pain noticeable. I'm going to keep using this for awhile.

Great results!
I bought it when it’s on sale last time and thought it suited my need for women that time of the month. I used it just a few days my period showed up so I didn’t expect much to see the results right away. But it did make different during my period! I had less painful/legs cramping/bloating. It’s also shorten my cycle!

Seems to be helping
There have been a lot of changes I've made but I have been consistantly taking this for a few months and have had more energy. I did notice not too long after I started taking this I had less cravings to eat beef - maybe a sign I was blood deficient?

Been taking Si Wu Tan Pian for 3 weeks now
I have Been taking Si Wu Tan Pian for 3 weeks now hoping it will help me suffer less every month from my endometrosis, dry, pale skin. I know it takes a few months for chinese herbs to kick in so I have no doubt in a few months I should experience less pain. I will update my review. I hope it helps.
I bought this for my dad as he has anemia. His TCM doctor prescribed this formula to him. He is taking 4 pills twice a day. I hope it will help and we should find out next blood test and will update then. Meantime, I plan to keep him on this formula. If his next blood test doesn't show enough improvement, maybe we will increase his dosage.
