Great product!
I bought this a month ago and it works great! Cleared up the fluid in my ears and my constant runny nose. I also always felt like I was full of water, like my body didn't process it right but after a month of taking it I feel great.

help swollen ankles
My TCM doctor prescribe this same formula for my swollen ankles in her herbs. I don't like to take her herbs everyday as it is very expensive. So on the days I ran out her herbs, I take ActiveHerb's formula instead. It saves me money and I can increase my dosage to three times a day if I need to.
