The perfect calmness pills
My herbalist put me on this year's ago to help me calm down because as I age my nerves took over the wrong way but this little tablet took all my problems away and put a smile on my face. I took 5 tablets 3 times a day and as I called down I lowered this dose to 5 tablets 2 times a day. They make me cope with any kind of problems no matter how bad it gets!! I will not be without these "Happy Tables "

Chill Pill
This is my go-to Chill Pill. It keeps me more calm and helps with my sleep and the anxiety I can experience when very stressed. Aside from being affordable, the best part is that it does so with NO NASTY SIDE EFFECTS! I increase the dosage a little due to my body weight being closer to 175 lbs and reduce it to the bottom end of the recommended dosage for what I'll call a maintenance dose. IMO The world would be a much better place if more people used this formula to manage stress.

It is extremely effective

Great relief from stress!
I take 5 pills of easetonic before going to bed, and it helps to relax me to go to sleep. I also take it for work stress as needed -5 pills. It works to ease my mind and calm down and be centered. It does not have to build up in my system to work.

I love the product .. It keeps me able to handle the stress of life today !! I take 3 capsules 2 to 3 times a day , it really makes a difference in how my stomach feels , when I get out of balance with eating , I take 3 of these and the acid stomach is gone , no more bitter taste or red tongue !!

Calm in a bottle

Immediately worked!
I have been using it for a few days and twice a day now for my easily moody mood. I have to say I see the immediate results in a day. My sister recommended I try Xiao Yao Pian. I purchased the first bottle about a month ago. Experimenting with the dosage, I found taking 5 pills first thing in the morning worked well for me. It is the first Chinese pill I tried and I am glad I started with this one. Just like it says, ease tonic is easy on the system and I do feel better.

Calming Formula
I have been taking EaseTonic for 2 weeks on the recommendation of my acupuncturist. 8 tablets 2 times a day is helping me feel less stressed due to a severe back problem that prevents me from walking a short distance. I started taking this on the recommendation of my acupuncturist. I use shen ling bai zhu from time to time as digestive support but this seems to help in addition to maintain good digestion. I think it helps energy move and circulate. It does take a while to work.

Much less PMS and a regular cycle

I’m a bit more at ease.
I’ve taken this once daily at the suggested dose. While I’m more at ease, I think some other formulas from Active Herb have complemented this formulation. I also think I could benefit from taking this two or three times daily. The results so far are encouraging enough for me to want to continue with this. I’m happy it’s a vegan formula.

Not for Me
I've had success with other ActiveHerb products, but unfortunately not this one. Took 2 doses a day for weeks and I didn't really notice a difference. Of course, with products like this everyone is going to react differently. I think meditation and therapy is the best course for easing anxiety for me.

Probably good but not for my stomach
I am guessing this is very effective, as all ActiveHerb products seem to be, however it did upset my stomach somewhat... to the point where it felt harder to take it than not. I don't think of my digestion as that sensitive but in this case it was. I will try a different liver product.
