He takes 10 tablets of Corydalis Relaxe and the tension will go away in an hour. However, if the stress is intense or the tension come back later, he would take another 10 tablets. He is quite happy with this product.

Nothing in this realm is perfect so some nights I struggle to turn it all off but using Corydalis Relaxe has led to a vast improvement sleep-wise. My acupuncturist prescribed it for this purpose. She’s right on!
