EXCELLENT PRODUCT
I have try many,many,many products in the last 10 years for sleeping related issues, but nothing comperes to this product, you name it i have try it, too many names to list here, but i been using this product only for 3 weeks & I been sleeping way better than anything I have try on the past.
i have never done any reviews on any products( why ) cuz if i have nothing good to say about a product that i've try before its cuz everyone is different & i dont do a review, been said that, give this a try
i also been taking YOUNAGAIN ANOTHER EXTREMELY GOOD PRODUCT!!!!

Better Than the Old Formula!
I am not a fan of Guang Ci Tang's recent reformulation of several herbal products I use, but I am a fan of this one! I use it to go to sleep easily and stay asleep for the whole night. I find that if I take it regularly, I don't have to use a full dose (I am very sensitive), but it also helps calm me and stabilize my mood during the day. The only problem I've had is distinguishing the bottle from Nasal AllergiClear, which has a similar Chinese name. I just put an S on the bottle lid, so I don't confuse the two.

A Good Night's Sleep
I have been taking this formula to alleviate sleeplessness for a year now. It works!
I take 5 tablets three times a day now - after starting with 7 tablets three times a day for the first two months. While using it I have also lowered my blood pressure by 20 points and my pulse rate has gone down from 90 bpm to the low 70's.

Sleep peace and long enough
I have had PMS and sleep problems before my period for years. During that time, I can only sleep continuely for 4 hours and would have palpitation and nightmare, and wake up and then couldn’t fall asleep for the next 4 hours. A while ago I purchased Sleepeace and took 5 tablets before bed for about a week. It did help the quality and the length of my sleep. I could sleep 5 to 6 hours without disruption. However, I felt drowsy after waking up and I didn’t like the feelings so I switched to another herbs, SpiritCalm. It helped in the other way around but some issues remained ( please see my review for SpiritCalm). Finally, the combination of these two herbs with reduced dose gave me a peaceful and 8 hours sleep. I am so happy that I can finally sleep sound and long enough. Thanks for your products.

This is a very good calmitive.
I bought this after my herb doctor suggested it. I have used it in the past for a calmative and to help with my hyper acid stomach. It works great and is much cheaper than the Rx my medical doctor wanted me to try. No side effects with this either, unlike the Rx. Several friends now use this.

I will be ordering more sleepeace because I am finding that it makes the difference of my attaining sleep especially getting to sleep. I don't take it early in the day because I do find it relaxes me. I take my first dose afternoon and then evening. It doesn't leave me drowzy and I get deeper sleep using it. I'm hard to please when it comes to sleep aides. This is a good one.

Purchased for sleep
Have a very difficult time sleeping. I take more than the recommended number but my accupuncturist said I could safely take whatever number of tablets I needed to sleep which I do. They help me more than any over-the-counter products I have tried with absolutely no side-effects.

Great title/fits product well
I have only been taking this product for a few days but I find that I am sleeping much better. I take 6-8 pills at. night about 30 minutes before bed time and I find I fall asleep right away and I sleep straight through for 5-6 hours. I then fall back to sleep easily for at least a 45 minutes to an hour. Before using this product I was only able to sleep for about 5 hours a night. This is definitely an excellent herbal combination. I also have started taking Spirit Calm and I think it is a good companion medicine.
