So far no good for hot flashes
While the product arrived quickly , so far no difference in my Hot Flash's frequency or occurance. Maybe it's too soon But I'm ready into my second bottle- I bought 4 to give it a months try- if my HF subside I will update my review. I'm physically normal not overweight at 56 yrs old, my hot flashes began approx 6 months ago and I've been trying to get some relief. Maca worked for about 4 months then stopped working.

Men that aren't going through menopause can benefit a lot too
So I rather reviews and I was like wait I'm not a woman on menopause what am I to do?!?! but it also works for other things just so you know and I tend to sometimes running a little hot get dry mouth and sometimes my sleep gets thrown off but this stuff is definitely very nice.

Not for me
I love Active Herb products, but this one didn't work for me. My Acupuncture told me that my hot flashes were due to my gallbladder and stress! I will purchase Wen Dan from Active Herb. I pray for everyone going through this that they will find what's really causing these issues. Thank you Active Herb for providing great products!

Really helps

When my tongue is red I take one and the results is pretty instantaneous. I don’t take the full dosage. Just one is enough for me and it cools my body down.

Effective product
I take the YinVive Cool in combination with the Menoplease for hot flashes and symptoms of menopause. The two together seem to be more effective than just the menoplease by itself. I still get mild hot flashes - more like warm flashes - a few times a day but they are far more tolerable than before. I also use a progresterone cream, which I believe has been helpful.

It takes at least a month before you feel any relief, but after that it gradually eliminates them. I take 5 tablets 3 times a day.

Great for building yin
I have been using YinVive Cool for over 2 years. My acupuncturist recommends this formula for me when life becomes overwhelming and heat begins to consume my yin. It Worked For Me
Missed periods along with hot flashes has been my new norm until I started taking YinVive Cool. At 42 and still TTC I'm so grateful for ActiveHerb. 3-4 weeks into taking my recommended dose my hot flashes have vanishes and my periods have gone back to normal. I'm ready to continue IVF!!!

Extra cooling

Really Works!
I am on my second bottle, and it really has reduced the irritability and intense hot flashes by at least 75%. I still sweat a lot at night, but during the day I am, for the most part, pretty normal and even cool at times, which is a blessed change from before.

Too cold for me...
My tcm doctor recommended this remedy but it ended up making me too cold. It would be great for others without cold limbs - it does say that in the description. Menofine worked much better for me.

Works great!
I use this in conjunction with Ease Tonic Plus that was prescribed by my acupuncturist for hot flashes. I find this combo works for me. I take both everyday, the recommended dose usually once in the morning but occasionally I will take twice. I have been taking for over 2 years and in the beginning I did take both twice a day. These are a must have for my hot flashes and mood.

Stopped my hot flashes!!
This product was honestly a game changer as I’m going through perimenopause. My acupuncturist recommended a similar blend, and I found this YinVive cool by active herb. I was having hot flashes all day and night and within two weeks they were completely gone. I also feel emotionally balanced. I cannot recommend this enough.

Great formula
This formula is great! I'm an acupuncturist and recommend this formula for my menopausal ladies with heat. It reduces hot flashes, night sweats, gives you more energy. If you don't want to use hormone replacement therapy, try this formula instead.

Works great!
Been using this formula for months. Really cools you down... first two ingredients zhi mu and huang bo both address this issue. The rest helps with yin deficiency. Definitely helped my body feel more at ease. Less wound up.

Works Great..But ..
YinVive Cool works very well to manage Hot Flashes they have been reduced but I find that I cannot take the dosage as stated as it gives me the jitters/Anxious so I have to reduced the dosage over the course of the day.

Very cooling!
Not many things work for hot flashes but this one seems to really help me. It doesn't work immediately, it takes a few days to kick in but it helps me sleep better and be cooler at night.
