My daughter-in-law is a Doctor of Chinese Medicine and recommended Zhi Bai Di Huang Wan some years ago when I complained to her about, in my seventies, still dealing with major hot flashes and multiple trips to the bathroom at night. I take 11 pills, morning and night, and they work! If I get lazy or busy and miss taking them regularly, next thing I know I am throwing off the covers again. Pay attention to the directions and I sleep soundly all night with no interruptions.

Works very well!
I had been taking Menoplease for about one year, mostly to control intermittent and mild hot flashes. I took 5 tablets, twice a day. After a while, it seemed like it wasn't strong enough. My husband even noticed the dramatic increase in hot flashes and the addition of the lovely night sweats. I suspect I went from "peri-menopause" into full blown. I was waking him up with the night sweats, constant waking up, etc. Some mornings, my pajamas and sheets would be very damp. It was awful!
I added the YinVive Cool, also 5 tablets, twice per day. It took about a week, but there was a noticeable decline and then they went away completely. I had NO hot flashes for a couple of months. This past week or two, I've been busy and ill and got lazy with taking any of my supplements. Three days ago, the hot flashes returned fully. I immediately started back on the YinVive Cool and Menoplease. I'm happy to report that today I had only 1-2 mild hot flashes and I'm sure they'll cease entirely in a day or two. Love this product!

Cooling off
I am 64 years old and have been hot flashing every 2 hours everyday since I turned 51. Nothing seemed to help until I started using Yin Vive Cool and Menoplease. Now I only hot flash once at night. I can finally get some sleep. Thank you.

Cured third round of hot flashes!
I’m 51. I’ve experienced hot flashes at three different times of my life with each course growing longer with age. As hormones fluctuate ie peri menopause i would feel fine for six months and then hot flash for eight. The worst episode was experiencing them every hour all through the night. I used natural hormone replacement to mitigate the symptoms and regain my life but a breast lump scared me into abandoning them which led to the lump resolving on its own. I turned to Dr. Lu Nan’s book “Hormone free Menopause “ a must read IMO. Chinese medicine is incredibly interesting and effective. For this third and hopefully final round of flashes (which now included perspiration on my face) as I enter full blown menopause I returned to Black Cohosh, sesame seed & paste, red clover and homeopathic remedies that had worked for me in the past and did not have any luck. I found a discussion about YinVive in an article and after considering my options for treatment I decided to purchase 5 bottles to give the herbs a genuine opportunity to be effective. After three weeks of dosing 5 Pian pills 3x’s a day I have found relief! No more waking in the night! I will continue this protocol ~ thank you Active Herb. It’s a lifesaver at a reasonable price! By the way VIP to note that I DID NOT RELINQUISH MY MORNING COFFEE OR EVENING COCKTAIL AND I STILL GAINED RELIEF OVER SIGNIFICANT SYMPTOMS!

Not for me
I love Active Herb products, but this one didn't work for me. My Acupuncture told me that my hot flashes were due to my gallbladder and stress! I will purchase Wen Dan from Active Herb. I pray for everyone going through this that they will find what's really causing these issues. Thank you Active Herb for providing great products!

How long should I take them.? (Maximum period of dose) I heard that this is for Menopause. But I'm only 28 and I want to take this for hot flash and dry mouth. Would it be okay?
