How to use it
In TCM, Bai Zhu bulk herbs is used in the daily dosage of 6 to 12 g. In most cases, bulk herbs are cooked in boiling water to make tea or soup for consumption.

Used as a key component of the Jade Windscreen classic decoction. I am impressed with the aroma, uniform rich color and slight retained moisture that allows for easy breaking into smaller pieces for appropriate dosing by weight.
