How to use it
In TCM, Dan Shen bulk herbs is used in the daily dosage of 9 to 15 g. In most cases, bulk herbs are cooked in boiling water to make tea or soup for consumption.

Hi, Thanks for the question. You simply weigh the desired amount for a defined period (say 3 days or a week), cook with water, divide the liquid into portions, and drink it. An easier way is to use granules (http://www.activeherb.com/extract/danshen.shtml ) so you simply dissolve them into water and drink. Response time may vary from days to weeks.
