Great quality of Senna leaves
I have a IBS-C. There are moments when I can’t go to the bathroom. I brewed these leaves (2 TBSP) with about 16 Oz of water and drink it. Taste good as well (earthy taste). And it is super effective. Drink it at night and you will be able to empty your stomach the next morning.
