Ease hay fever symptoms
Many cold remedies contain licorice roots in Traditional Chinese Medicine. Many symptoms of hay fever are similar to cold symptoms. So I started experimenting by chewing it everytime I started sneeze or eyes get itchy. It stops or ease the symptoms immediately everytime. I also chew it when I feel like catching a cold. I carry this in a small container all the time.
