How to use it
In TCM, Gou Qi Zi bulk herbs is used in the daily dosage of 6 to 12 g. In most cases, bulk herbs are cooked in boiling water to make tea or soup for consumption.

Goji Berry looks good
I got the Goji Berries for making different Chinese soups. Unlike some sold in stores that look like they've been on the shelves for years, the berries are plump and of good quality. This is my 2nd time getting bulk herbs from ActiveHerb, and I would not hesitate to get Chinese herbs from them again. They are also super-efficient!

Best quality, good for eyes
My acupuncturist recommended goji berry for eye strain. I was so happy that Active Herb had the berries in stock and they arrived in 2-3 days. I was instructed to use 1 tablespoon and boil for only a few minutes, then drink the tea and eat the berries. The berries soften right up and are not chewy at all, easy to eat. I hope they help my eyes, which are so red from the computer screen. I like the taste as well!
