It is very fresh and I have been using 1/2tsp of it every day in my thermos along 1 tsp of dried chopped ginger and 1 tsp of Fu Ling barley. It's very warming and the gui zhi travels and warms the channels to the ends of the fingers and the toes. Excellent product! Thank you!
