Helps with qi and food stagnation
I take this herb in a mix that removes damp heat from the gallbladder channel. This mix has been noticeably reducing the heat and qi stagnation I have been experiencing. Definitely recommend this herb, which specifically helps with qi stagnation and food stagnation.
