    What does it do?

In Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), our body is vulnerable to attacks of evils. The attacks first invade the body's surface. If not halted they further invade the interior of the body. The evil Yin Qiao Jie Du Pian deals with is called Wind in TCM.

Yin Qiao Jie Du Pian works to halt the Wind invasion at the start. Yin Qiao Jie Du Pian is most suitable when comforts in the throat and head are being first affected.

In TCM terms Yin Qiao Jie Du Pian relieves the exterior, clears heat, and resolves toxicity. The TCM pattern it is applicable to is called "Wind-Heat".

If you used Airborne®, you may be surprised to learn that it is adapted from Yin Qiao Jie Du Pian and contains several common herbal ingredients. However, the amount of these ingredients in Airborne® from its product information is only a fraction of that in Yin Qiao Jie Du Pian.

Cold Signoff™ (Yin Qiao Jie Du Pian) is rated 4.9 out of 5 by 43.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fends Off A Cold Only effective if taken as soon as cold symptoms begin. As soon as I feel a cold coming on (head congestion, dryness in back of throat, particularly exhausted) or if I have been near someone who has a cold I take 20 pills immediately. I will take up to 40 pills in one dosage depending on the severity of my symptoms. I can honestly say I believe I have fought off any advancement of the virus when I take the pills immediately. BUT I must start taking upon first signs and symptoms. If I wait even 12-24 hours after the onset of cold symptoms it is too late and I will get sick.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great results Woke up yesterday morning with a sore throat and other classic symptoms of a wind-heat attack (Chills and fever, runny nose, headache, etc.). Fought it off successfully using a combination your Yin Qiao Jie Du Pian and Chuan Xin Lian Kang Yan Pian. Very satisfied. Took 4 5-tablet doses of each of these formulas yesterday. Symptoms remained very muted; they began to taper off in late afternoon and are gone this morning. Can recommend this combination as one of the most effective cold remedies I've ever used.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from ...tell you how happy I am with your product ...tell you how happy I am with your product. A fellow ballet dancer introduced me to your product last year in the middle of the seasons' fall tour. As many of the company members were getting sick, he and I came through the month long adventure healthy. We traveled throughout the midwest by bus. Very close quarters! When we got back home, I contacted you and ordered my own supply. Now Nutcracker Season is here again, and I already have started to take your product to stave off the inevitable shared quarters contagious factor. Specifically, I take the quiang li yin qiao jie du wan and the ling qiao jie du pian. I find the second to be extremely effective in keeping me healthy during the dancing days of the holidays. Thank you for providing such a worthwhile and effective product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The cure for the common cold! I'm astonished that Yin Qiao (Cold Signoff) is almost unknown in the United States for its ability to cure the common cold. The first time I tried this I was almost in disbelief that it worked. But when I tried it on my spouse and my children and it worked I became a true believer. As soon as you feel a cold coming on start taking the recommended dose (or a bit more if you are larger than the average person: perhaps 5 pills 5 times a day) and you will feel your cold symptoms subside throughout the day. The next day you will feel almost 100% normal again. Make sure to keep a bottle or two of this in your house at all times or when you travel. Thank you ActiveHerb.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wow Astonishing... woke up with a sore throat and completely healthy by the end of the day after taking 3 doses of Cold Clear. This will be a new staple in my house (to replace vitamin C and zinc for colds). I have bought Chinese herbs directly from my acupuncturist and they cost 3x as much as these cheap pills online!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My Go-To Remedy I take this product at the very first sign a cold may be coming on. It works every time! I can't remember the last time I had a bad cold. I am around children every day, so I'm exposed to lots of germs. I used to get a few bad colds every year. Now Cold Sign-Off makes my life healthier.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Can't Live Without It My chiropractor introduced this product to me as my immune system was always very sluggish and I would get a lot of cold in the winter. I Love This Product. If I feel a bit under the weather, I will take a 10 pill dose and within hours I feel better. I'll repeat this a couple of days and nothing developes. Otherwise, during the winter months, I will take 5 pills 3 times a day. I have also been giving them to my small grandchildren over the years and it ALWAYS keeps them healthy.

    Product Q&A

Do these pills have a smooth bright yellow coating? I'm trying to find a cold remedy given to me by my acupuncturist, and she simply told me to look for the "yellow cold pill." They look like a yellow Advil tablet. Any help is appreciated, thanks!

    Asked by: solais3
No you are looking for Gan Mao Ling. These pills or the inflamclear are better products. You can get these coated or uncoated. Both are very potent antiviral herbs. Inflamclear has the benefit of also the having anti-microbial properties.

You may be looking for Niu Huang Jie Du Pian.  These are yellow-coated tablets as you describe and are often prescribed by TCM doctors as cold/flu remedies.
