a complimentary herb
i was asked several months ago to write a review for this particular herb,although i have much more to say on other herbs and herbal formulas.i was asked again this morning,so i am going ahead.
zedoary is not a major herb.it is however a good with other adjunct herbs to include if someone with stuck energy also needs tonic herbs so he does not develop blood stasis.or if one has sore muscles from work or physical training and is too tired to do stretching and mobility exercises afterwards.since i do not have these problems on a regular basis,i rarely use zedoary.it is good to have on hand with some other herbs for emergencies such as sprains or other injuries.
i find it handy and economical to have a powdered extract to use.i have a number of them
