Raw Rehmannia Root
I purchased this herb about a month ago for kidney health and yin deficiency. I have definitely noticed a change in my overall health for the better. I have an aged Collie with kidney disease that I give it to. She has been doing fairly well with a Six Rehmannia formula, but noticed a definite improvement when I added this to her diet. I use 1/2 dose (1gm) for myself and the Collie has 1/4 dose (1/4gm 2xdaily). I will may increase this with time, but I plan to continue since it has so many health benefits for my autoimmune disease and her kidney disease. Finally, I like the potency and purity of the ActiveHerb concentrates. There are an array on the market to select from, but this brand seems to deliver.

Easy to mix with my drinks at a meal
I bought this to help give my kidneys a rest and relaxation treatment. At first I had a little trouble mixing the rehmannia powder in my drinks, but it turns out to go well with my teas and even makes them taste a little better. I've only been taking it for a couple of weeks, but it feels good and tastes perfectly well.
